Third Prize for a Four-minute presentation by IEEE Communications Society at GLOBECOM 2024 at Cape Town
We are thrilled to announce our colleague Nasrin Razmi has won the Third Prize for a Four-minute presentation, which challenges PhD students to explain their research project to a non-specialist audience in just four minutes, by IEEE Communications Society among other researchers across the world in IEEE GLOBECOM 2024 in Cape Town.
Nasrin Razmi is a PhD candidate at the Universität Bremen excellence chair co supervised by Bho Matthiesen, Petar Popovski, and Armin Dekorsy. They are performing research for Federated Learning on the satellite constellations with focus on LEO Satellites, from an Energy efficiency and scheduling point of view. Their research investigates the vital role of distributed Artificial intelligence in the upcoming mega constellation of satellites which is a promising pillar of the next generation of communication in 6G .
